Yuhan Kimberly, 23 other firms accused of collusion

Yuhan Kimberly, Korea’s top producer of diapers and various personal care products, and 23 other firms were accused of colluding on bids worth 13.5 billion won for the supply of masks, medical goods and others items, according to the Fair Trade Commission (FTC).

The products were supplied to state-run firms between 2005 and 2014. The FTC said the companies agreed to split bids and help each other win contracts, with some companies taking part in the process to keep the bids within a set range.

Yuhan Kimberly was reported to prosecutors, according to the FTC.
