Fuel surcharges are being raised by airlines

Korean airlines said Monday they will raise fuel surcharges on international routes next month to reflect rising oil prices.

Fuel surcharges of up to 46,200 won ($43) have been added to long-haul routes for this month. They will be marked up to 56,100 won next month to reflect even higher jet fuel costs, the companies said.
