Hosts announced for JTBC4 beauty show

Actor Hwang Seung-un, middle, and singers Koo Hara, left, of disbanded girl group KARA and Lee Su-hyun, right, of sibling duo AKMU will host the upcoming TV show “My Mad Beauty Diary,” which will premiere on April 20 on the newly launched cable channel JTBC4.

The show is one of the first programs to air on JTBC4, the new trend and lifestyle network, and will be co-produced by JTBC and Cosmopolitan Korea.

All three of the hosts are well known beauty gurus and they will introduce a variety of cosmetics and beauty tips, and also have on Cosmopolitan’s beauty editor to share professional insight into the beauty industry.

Hwang and Koo are well known to many young women for their creative uses of beauty products, and singer Lee has her own YouTube beauty channel where she shares makeup ideas and skin care tips.

The show will air every Thursday at 8:30 p.m., but the first episode will air at 12:50 a.m. on April 20.
