3) Citizens and members of civic groups protested his release with swearing and brawling, turning Kim’s trip home into a scene of carnage.
4) The ex Chief Secretary got in the car amid brawls and chaos from protesters and reporters. Protestors blocked his car from leaving.
5) Kim was sentenced to four years in prison in an appeal trial for the Blacklist case. He is now awaiting appeal from the Supreme Court.
6) The Supreme Court decided it was difficult to judge a man in custody and called for his release on Aug. 27.
7) According to the court’s decision, the ex Chief Secretary will not be detained throughout his trial.
