Rockies 2 down to Brewers as Oh struggles in relief

The Colorado Rockies’ reliever Oh Seung-hwan struggled in his second career postseason Major League Baseball appearance.

Oh was charged with two earned runs in a third of an inning pitched in the Rockies’ 4-0 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 2 of the National League Division Series in Milwaukee on Friday (local time).

The right-hander relieved Harrison Musgrave with Christian Yelich on first in the bottom eighth and the Rockies down 1-0. Ryan Braun greeted Oh with a single; Jesus Aguilar walked to load the bases.

Mike Moustakas singled to bring home Yelich, a run charged to Musgrave. The bases still loaded, Oh struck out Hernan Perez swinging for his first out of the inning. Chris Rusin came to the mound, with Oh still accountable for the three runners.Rusin struck out Travis Shaw but gave up a two-run single to Erik Kratz.

The Rockies are down 2-0 in the best-of-five series, which moves to Denver for Game 3 on Sunday, local time, and, if necessary, for Game 4 on Monday.
