Known for its Pyongyang-style naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), also recommended is the On myeon, buckwheat noodles in a hot broth with slices of beef. The 50-year old restaurant’s specialty is eobok-jaengban - beef brisket and vegetables in broth - and also serves delicious pajeon, Korean pancakes.
