After the success of its first branch in Pangyo, Gyeonggi, Neung Ra Do has opened branches in Seoul and Ilsan. Though they are relative newcomers to the naengmyeon (cold noodle) scene, Neung Ra Do carefully follows time-honored techniques to make its signature Pyongyang naengmyeon and dumplings. The buckwheat noodles are handmade in-house using Mongolian buckwheat and the restaurants pride themselves on only using Korean beef.
