Chunha Chudong Milmyeon

This spacious restaurant offers the Busan specialty milmyeon, cold noodles made from sweet potatoes, potatoes and wheat flour.

Like naengmyeon (cold noodles), there are both mul (water) and bibim (mixed) variants of milmyeon.

Chunha Chudong’s mul milmyeon is light and sweet with hints of soy sauce, and is topped with pyeonyuk (boiled, pressed beef). The bibim milmyeon is laced with a fiery gochujang (red pepper paste) sauce. Don’t order the forgettable mandu (dumplings) - you’re here to taste traditional Busan noodles at a joint beloved by locals.
