Lee Eul-yong to join Jeju United’s coaching lineup
K League 1 club Jeju United completed their coaching staff for the 2019 season with the addition of Lee Eul-yong, the former caretaker of FC Seoul.“It’s sad to part ways with the [club’s] former coaches, but I have high expectations for our new coaches because they come with great experience and coaching ability,” said Jo Sung-hwan, head coach of the Jeju team.
As a player, Lee played for Seoul, Bucheon SK and Gangwon FC. Aside from his K League career, Lee also competed at the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
Once he retired in 2011, Lee started his coaching career immediately, starting as an assistant coach at Gangwon in 2012.
