5) National Institute of Environmental Research (NIER) forecasts that atmospheric congestion has led fine-dust particles around the nation to thicken in the wake of an accumulation of both domestic and foreign fine-dust particles.
6) This accumulation was set to lessen that afternoon, leading the concentration of fine-dust particles to first decrease in central areas.
