This third-generation family business calls itself “the home of Hamheung noodles,” North Korean noodles made from potato starch. Unlike Ojangdong Heungnamjip, which has a slew of branches, it has only one. Regulars order the spicy bibim naengmyeon (mixed cold noodles) with raw fish or beef.
