Tucked in a tiny alley in Jongno District, central Seoul, this 54-year-old hole in the wall does one dish to perfection: thick kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) in a seafood broth. You might even find yourself slurping on a stool right next to the ladies stuffing the dumplings offered as a side dish.
