Through Feb. 28: Millennium Seoul Hilton’s flagship buffet and all-day-dining restaurant, Cafe 395, will be showcasing seafood at its buffet throughout the month of February. In addition to the buffet’s usual bountiful offerings, there be a variety of seafood dishes.

The dishes will include hot dishes such as: oyster gratin with Hollandaise sauce; grilled abalone with butter; red scallops with tomato sauce; clam and mussel stew; paella with seafood; grilled king prawn; grilled lobster; and crab with chilli sauce.

Cold seafood dishes will also be offered, including: assorted snow crab, scallops and giant shrimp; green mussels with tomato salsa; seafood salad; king crab cakes with almond jelly; abalone salad with sesame dressing; scallop ceviche, and much more.

Cafe 395 introduced the market-to-table concept to buffet fine dining. Utilizing only the freshest premium ingredients in various food stations set up throughout the restaurant, Cafe 395 welcomes diners to a vibrant dining experience that delivers delicious foods.

The buffet is priced at 94,000 won ($83.4) per person at lunch, and 99,000 won per person at dinner, including tax and a service charge.

Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel

Through March 15: Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel’s signature restaurant Feast is presenting a French gourmet promotion.

The French gastronomy promotion, “Bonjour, Feast” during dinner buffet.

The hotel’s executive chef Henning Leue is presenting harmonious French dishes made of fresh and rich ingredients. Guests can start their meal with Nice-style salad, onion soup, lobster soup and enjoy French style stuffed lamb saddle and duck breast with three kinds of sauces at the live station. Cheese selection will be prepared for wine and food pairing and our famous dessert station will be filled with beautiful French desserts such as mille-feuiilles, Paris-Brest, creme brulee and eclairs to satisfy your cravings.

The price starts from 92,000 won per person for adult and only available during dinner buffet.
