Im Soo-jung gets role in tvN drama

After two years away from the small screen, actor Im Soo-jung is set to return in tvN’s upcoming series “WWW” (working title).

The fantasy series tells the story of powerful women in the modern world who have chosen to not get married or give birth.

According to Im’s agency Kingkong by Starship on Monday, Im will be playing the role of Bae Ta-mi, the director of an IT company who is very ambitious and confident in herself.

The series will be directed by Jung Ji-hyun, who was behind the hit series “Mr. Sunshine” (2018).

This will be Im’s first series after tvN’s “Chicago Typewriter” in 2017. Im, who debuted in 2001 in the KBS2 drama “School 4,” has also starred in many hit films, including “Finding Mr. Destiny” (2010), “All About My Wife” (2012) and “The Table” (2016).
