‘I Live Alone’ couple splits, on hiatus

After news of their break up came out on Wednesday, entertainer Jeon Hyun-moo and model Han Hye-jin will both be taking a break from co-hosting the hit MBC variety program “I Live Alone.”

On Thursday afternoon, Jeon’s agency SM C&C announced that the two have recently ended their year-long relationship and that they are back to being colleagues.

“Although it’s personal, we thought that it was our duty to deliver the news officially to the public,” a statement from the agency said. “Respectively, the two have decided to take a rest from their show ‘I Live Alone’ for a while. We are sincerely sorry for causing trouble because of personal reasons.”

Han’s agency, Esteem Entertainment, added that the two would only take a “temporary leave.”

The couple made their relationship public in February of last year and were popular for their “romantic chemistry” on the show. However, rumors began to spread online in December about their possible break-up, after several media reports pointed out the couple’s awkward interactions on the show. The two, however, denied the rumors and said that they were still dating.
