Grand Hyatt Seoul

Ongoing: Grand Hyatt Seoul’s Steak House has launched three unique burgers as part of its special luncheon menu. The Steak House’s Korean Grilled Burger concept was born from its steak house origins, offering a creative twist on its beef steak burgers by adding a unique set of Korean flavors.

These burgers are enough to captivate anyone’s appetite for great prime beef, while meeting the Korean palate’s desire for traditional flavors.

The three types of Korean Grilled Burgers feature kimchi, Korean short rib patties, and other traditional Korean ingredients prepared in a charcoal grilled oven to bring out the true flavors of the ingredients.

Steak House has launched three versions of its Korean burgers, including an exotic galbi (marinated beef rib) burger, kimchi burger, and pumpkin burger.

The galbi burger is ground from prime, juicy steaks, seasoned with cucumber, radish pickle, galbi mayo sauce and other ingredients, served on a bed of seaweed fulvescens bread.

The kimchi burger is similar to the galbi burger, but it adds a spicy kick with its kimchi roll and kimchi mayo sauce. The pumpkin burger is made from tender Korean short rib patties, topped with grilled pumpkin, allowing the deep flavors of the ingredients to reveal themselves in perfect harmony with each bite.

All three Korean Grilled Burgers include two special side dishes, dirty fries mixed with special homemade kimchi sauce and a side of sweetly marinated thin sliced vegetables.

This new Korean Grilled Burger lunch menu is available from noon until 2:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The price for each burger is 35,000 won ($30), including tax.
