Hyundai Glovis said Thursday it has established new sales offices in New Delhi and Mumbai, India as it strives to increase its presence in the Indian market.

The two new offices will be used by the logistics affiliate of Hyundai Motor Group to win deals in delivering local cars, auto parts and general cargo.

The company has previously opened two sales offices in the country, in Chennai and Anantapur. With total of four sales offices in India, the company said it has now gained a competitive position to launch its business effectively in the fast-growing emerging market.

According to Hyundai Glovis, the Indian logistics market is projected to grow 34 percent from $160 billion in 2018 to $215 billion by 2020 thanks to the Indian government’s aggressive infrastructural investment.
