One of the most elegant noodles available in Korea is the flat, thin, and snow-white Inaniwa-style udon served at this branch of Japan’s Sato Yosuke chain. In Korea, the restaurant has been renamed to honor the noodle, which in its simplest form is served cold with sesame and soy dipping sauces. To accompany the noodles, the menu has many other Japanese dishes, including sushi, tempura and even bulgogi.
