Park Si-hoo

Hallyu actor Park Si-hoo graced the runway of the “Yumi Katsura 2012 Grand Collection in Tokyo” on Feb. 21. In front of some 100 media outlets, Park strutted up and down the catwalk, leaving an impression when he appeared wearing a white tuxedo and offering up a single white rose to the audience.

During a different part of the show, the 33-year-old Korean actor took to the catwalk wearing an elaborate traditional Korean wedding outfit along with a female model.

The highly revered Japanese wedding couture show had a theme of “The Wind of Asia,” and as well as showcasing designer Katsura’s latest creations, the show also displayed the works of matrimonial designers from China, Korea and Japan. Korean designer Kim Ji-haye wowed the audience with her contemporary take on the hanbok.

Park made his debut in 2005 with the drama “Sassy Girl Chun-hyang.” He rose to fame after starring in last year’s hit drama “Princess’ Man,” a period piece that garnered him the best actor prize at last December’s KBS Entertainment Awards.
