Crayon Pop

Chrome Entertainment, which put together girl group Crayon Pop, will introduce a new boy group to local fans.

The new group will have five members and will be named Gamulchi. The group is named after a type of fish that is said to be nutritious and helps people live a long and healthy life.

“People may think that the group is going after a comical concept, but we actually use the name to wish that the group lasts long,” the agency reportedly said.

The boy members have been training for about six months with the agency and will start recording songs and filming music videos as well.

The agency garnered attention after Crayon Pop became internationally known for their recent EP “Bar Bar Bar.”
