Yoon Gun changes his agency

Singer-songwriter Yoon Gun has signed with a new agency, joining Prain TPC, home to many leading stars, including actor Ryu Seung-ryong of last year’s hit movie “Miracle in Cell No. 7.”

“Yoon has great potential to be [a star in many fields] as he can sing, compose music, host radio shows and even act,” said the new agency on Friday.

“We will provide much support so that he can develop all his talents to the fullest.”

Yoon debuted on the entertainment scene in 1999 as part of a music group named Team. He then formed the group Brown Eyes in 2001 with singer Naul, who went on to create Brown Eyed Soul.

Yoon went solo in 2003, releasing a self-titled album. He recently released a mini-album titled “Kobalt Sky 072511” in December.

Yoon has tried his hand at acting a bit over the years, too, taking a role in the MBC sitcom “High Kick 3: The Revenge of the Short Legged” in 2011, and he worked as a judge on the survival audition program “Superstar K4” in 2012.
