Park Hae-jin takes on first medical drama

Actor Park Hae-jin, of KBS drama “My Daughter Seo-young,” will once again play a doctor in a drama.

While the KBS show was a family drama that had Park playing a hospital resident, the new SBS drama “Doctor Stranger” will see Park acting as a talented doctor who once worked at Harvard University.

In the drama, Park’s character refuses to become a professor at the renowned university in the United States, returning to Korea instead to work at Dongwoo University Hospital.

Park will soon wrap up his work on ongoing SBS drama “You Who Came from the Stars.” Toward the end of next month, the actor will get ready to roll out his new role.

“I will do my best to unveil many charms that I have not yet shown through the new drama,” said Park through his agency.
