‘Kang’s Kitchen’ opens for business in Jeju

“Kang’s Kitchen” will begin airing on Dec. 5 after the tvN reality show “Youth Over Flowers” ends on Nov. 28. The members of “New Journey to the West” season four will run the Kitchen on Jeju Island, with TV personality Kang Ho-dong as the main chef, and comedian Lee Soo-geun, rapper Eun Ji-won, actor Ahn Jae-hyun, and Winner’s Song Mino helping out as the staff.

“Kang’s Kitchen” began filming in Jeju earlier this month. The location and the menu has grabbed the public’s attention, with information spreading on social media and reports that chef Baek Jong-won has given advice to the members. A source from tvN responded to these reports, saying “Due to safety concerns over potential overcrowding, we cannot reveal the filming location. If you come across [the restaurant] we ask that you take caution.”
