Chae Yeon to return with a new EP



Singer Lee Chae-yeon, better known as Chae Yeon, is returning with a new single next month after a three and a half year hiatus.

According to her agency cai Entertainment on Tuesday, her EP will be released on Nov. 12 in both Korea and China, just in time to celebrate her 15th anniversary as a singer. She will also be holding a comeback showcase on Nov. 9.

Chae Yeon debuted in 2003 with her album “It’s My Time” and is known for her hit songs “Two of Us” (2004), “Only You” (2005) and “Shake” (2009). Her most recent single “I Can Picture It” was released in 2015. She is also popular in China, where she debuted in 2008 as a singer-actor. She has starred in a variety of Chinese dramas including “Han Dong” (2015) and “If Love Can be Repeated” (2015).

Along with her return to music, the singer will also be appearing in the upcoming HBO Asia horror series “Folklore: Mongdal” which will premiere on Nov. 11.
