Though the broth’s subtle flavors aren’t immediately apparent, this naengmyon’s minimal garnish - composed of thinly sliced spring onion, cucumber and a single egg - accentuates the dish’s cold, savory broth, giving it a lightness that leaves you refreshed afterwards.
Coupled with homemade, hand-cut buckwheat noodles, this dish is a must-try, and the restaurant is usually packed.
