: Park Hyatt Busan’s restaurants are pleased to present their festive promotions for the upcoming Christmas and year-end holidays featuring beautiful views of Haeundae and the city.

Premium grill and sushi restaurant Dining Room will host a “Festive Brunch” and a “Festive Dinner Buffet.” Dining Room offers a wide range of specialty drinks as well as main dishes, including roasted turkey, grilled beef sirloin and grilled Korean rainbow, along with a variety of colorful Christmas desserts and unlimited soft drinks. In particular, the premium buffet offers unlimited access to sparkling, red and white wine, and even draft beer, making it even more perfect for a year-end party.

Modern French restaurant Living Room presents their “Festive Four-Course Lunch” and “Festive Six-Course Dinner,” both using seasonal ingredients. Starting with amuse-bouches, sauteed scallops or confit duck crepes are provided in turn. While the lunch course menu includes sweet pumpkin soup to follow, the dinner menu includes poached lobster. The main dish can be selected from a choice of turkey breast, grilled Korean beef or local sea bass. In addition, Park Hyatt Busan’s sommelier, Bak Min-wook, will also present a selection of wine pairings.

The festive promotional meals are available through advance reservations. The Dining Room’s festive brunch is located on the 32nd floor, is available on Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1, and starts at 100,000 won ($89.40)per person. The festive dinner buffet will be offered from Dec. 21 to Jan. 1 and starts at 95,000 won per person. However, on Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1, the dinner buffet starts at 160,000 won per person. The Living Room’s festive lunch course menu is available on Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1, and starts at 65,000 won per person. The festive dinner course menu will be available on Dec. 24, 25 and 31 and starts at 160,000 won per person.

Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas and InterContinental Seoul COEX

: Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas and InterContinental Seoul COEX, located in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul, will offer their Salon de Noel Package on Dec. 24. The package includes a one-night stay at the hotel and two tickets for “Salon de Noel” where you can enjoy romantic jazz music, wine and finger food prepared by the hotel’s sommelier team, and everything else you need to make this year’s Christmas memorable.

“Salon de Noel” is a private party at the Harmony Ballroom of InterContinental Seoul COEX. Guests can enjoy jazz performances, unlimited wine and finger food carefully selected by the hotel’s sommelier team, and a variety of unique events, such as tarot card readings, calligraphy and a photo booth.

In addition, Christmas events will be held for a variety of brands, including the luxury couture brand Givenchy Beauty, which launched in Korea this year; the Swarovski Group’s contemporary jewelry brand Adore; The Smooth By Imperial, Pernod Ricard’s premium low-proof spirit made with pure malt; and premium Italian coffee brand illy Caffe. The Christmas salon will be open from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

All those who purchase the package will receive an Eco Fur Bag made by the hotel. It is a stylish and practical tote/shoulder bag in deep green, designed in a cylindrical shape.

The package will only be available on Dec. 24, and is priced at 370,000 won for a Deluxe Room of Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas and 330,000 won for the Superior Room of the InterContinental Seoul COEX, excluding tax and service charges.
