Falling prices
A real estate agency downtown plastered with postings on apartments that are up for sale and rent. According to a Korea Appraisal Board survey released Thursday and conducted on Jan. 14, apartment prices in Seoul fell 0.09 percent last week compared to the previous week. Apartment prices have fallen for 10 consecutive weeks as a result of the tougher government real estate regulations. [YONHAP]
