Wanna One members sign to LM

Kang Daniel and Yoon Ji-sung have found a new home at LM Entertainment, the agency announced Thursday.

“Their contract with MMO Entertainment ends on Jan. 31, and they will be working with their new agency, LM Entertainment, beginning on Feb. 1,” the agency said in a statement.

Kang, regarded as the most popular member of the 11-member project group Wanna One, and Yoon, the group’s leader, were trainees at MMO Entertainment before they joined cable channel Mnet’s audition show, “Produce 101” in 2017.

LM Entertainment is a newly founded entertainment company and the two singers are the agency’s first artists.

“We will be talking through their new direction in the future very carefully. But we promise to support our two new stars all the ways that we can.”
