Chefs in Korea whose restaurants have been listed on La Liste 2019 pose together at the French Embassy in Seodaemun District, western Seoul, during a ceremony held on Jan. 31. The list’s fourth edition was released at a ceremony in Paris in December and featured 16 restaurants from Korea, including Mingles and Alla Prima. President and founder of La Liste, Philippe Faure, back row center, shared the organization’s plan for the upcoming Paris Food Forum during the event, explaining his ambition to make it one of the world’s top food events that deals with subjects like food waste and sustainable ingredients.
