Bokseonggak’s jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), a staple of Sino-Korean cuisine, features a classic recipe you can’t go wrong with. The sauce, made from black beans, minced garlic and onion, offers a smooth texture with just a slight crunch.
Three noodle options are offered - regular, spicy and seafood - all topped with delicate green garnishes. Their salty flavor pairs well with sweet and sour pork, which is crispy and sauced to perfection, although their large portions are enough to leave many stuffed.
