Incheon Jumbos win regular season with a game in hand
The Incheon Korean Air Jumbos won the 2018-19 Korean Volleyball Federation (KOVO) regular season title on Thursday.The Jumbos swept the Seoul Wooricard Wibee 3-0 at Gyeyang Arena in Incheon to secure their third regular season title ahead of their last match against the Ansan OK Savingbank Rush&Cash on Monday.
With the win, the Jumbos have now picked up 25 wins and 10 losses, a good five points ahead of the Cheonan Hyundai Capital Services Skywalkers, the runner-up. Now that the Jumbos won the regular season, they have set their sights on winning another, the Championship title. The Jumbos enter the Championship series as defending champions.
