KSFB welcomes a new president
“[Our] new president, Kan Ho-sup, will work in various fields for the development of the society and to vitalize the fashion field,” KSFB said.
Kan is a professor in the department of textile art and fashion design at Hongik University and has been actively shaping the Korean fashion field as the honorary president of the Korea-China Association of Fashion Industry Academy, the creative director of fashion brand Louis Quatorze and a former mentor on “Project Runway Korea” seasons one through four.
“I vow to do my best in making the KSFB a future-oriented fashion platform, through which the fashion industry and the academic field coexist, and ultimately for KSFB to become a global society that creates cooperation between both industry and academy,” Kan said.
