GOT7 to drop album next month

K-pop boy band GOT7 will drop its new album “Spinning Top” next month before embarking on a new world concert tour, its management agency said Friday.

Early Friday, JYP Entertainment posted a teaser video for “Spinning Top,” which is being released on May 20. The video shows a spinning top losing its balance and wobbling.

The brief video clip ends with text reading “2019.05.25 Spinning Top: Between Security & Insecurity” - the album title and its release date - as well as “2019.06.15-16 Grand Start of World Tour.”

The latter indicates the date of the launch of the upcoming world tour, which comes following the band’s recent tour of 17 cities around the world.

“Spinning Top” will bring together all seven GOT7 members for the first time since the band’s last album “ & Me Edition” was released in December.
