‘What is Love?’ hits view milestone

Girl group Twice’s music video for “What is Love?” (2018) surpassed 300 million views on YouTube on Saturday morning, the girl group’s agency JYP Entertainment announced over the weekend.

According to the agency, the video passed the 300-million view threshold at 4:35 a.m. on Saturday, one year after it was posted on April 9, 2018.

The video is the group’s fifth music video to have been seen over 300 million times, following “TT” (2016), “Likey” (2017), “Cheer Up” (2016) and “Ooh-Ahh” (2015).

“What is Love?” was the lead track off the group’s fifth EP, which stormed local music charts for weeks after its release.

Twice held two concerts in April, kicking off its latest world tour. The group will perform in Bangkok on May 15, then hold shows in nine different cities around the world, including four concerts in North America.
