Millennium Seoul HiltonThrough July 7: Millennium Seoul Hilton’s flagship all-day-dining and buffet restaurant will host a New Zealand Food Festival. During the festival, fresh and healthy New Zealand ingredients will be highlighted in the dishes offered at the buffet.
During the festival, guest chef Mark Harman will lead the kitchen in creating the dishes that utilize New Zealand’s best ingredients. Chef Harman hails from the North Island, where he is executive chef at the Distinction Palmerston North Hotel. With over a quarter century of experience under his belt, chef Harman has cooked for Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip, Bruce Willis, Alicia Keys and other distinguished celebrities. Some of the items to be showcased at the buffet include: kumara coconut and lemongrass soup; marinated New Zealand green lip mussels with New Zealand avocado and lime oil; grilled rosemary and garlic New Zealand lamb cutlets with salsa verde; BBQ New Zealand beef skewers with capsicum, courgette, mushroom and red onion; manuka honey roast pumpkin and kumara; and so much more.
Lunch is 94,000 won ($81) per person and dinner is 99,000 won. Buffet prices are inclusive of tax and service charge.

The “2+1 Suite Offer” is available for stays from July 1 to 26. Reservations must be made and full prepayment is required. Reservations cannot be changed or payments refunded. The offer is priced starting at 760,000 won (excluding tax; prices vary depending on room type and date booked; breakfast is not included) and rooms may be restricted depending on the situation when making a reservation.

Motsi will oversee all bar operations and the cocktail program at the hotel following in the footsteps of his predecessor, Lorenzo Antinori, who successfully positioned Charles H. as the highest-ranked bar in Korea, ranking at No. 64 on the World’s Best Bars 2018 list.?
Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, and raised in Britain, Keith has traveled around the world as a bartender, gaining a wealth of international experience and working in many different locations around the world.
Before moving to Seoul, Keith was the head bartender at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing where he helped with the opening of Equis, a glamorous social lounge at the hotel composed of five different outlets. During this time, Keith achieved accolades, including the 2017 Bar of the Year, as well as 2018 Drinks Magazine China Hotel Bar of the Year.
