KBA announces award winners

The Korean Broadcasters Association (KBA) announced some of the winners of the 46th annual Korean Broadcasting Awards on Tuesday.

Actor Kim Nam-gil will receive the Best Actor Award for SBS drama series “Fiery Priest,” while comedian-entertainer Park Na-rae will receive the Best Solo TV Presenter Award for her role as one of the main MCs on the MBC variety show “I Live Alone.” Comedian Yoo Min-sang will be awarded with the Best Comedian Award for his role on the entertainment program “Gag Concert” in KBS2.

This year’s Grand Prize winner will be announced at the ceremony, which will be held at Sept. 3 and broadcast live on SBS.

The Korea Broadcasting Awards annually recognizes the nation’s top television programs, entertainers and actors for their excellent performances throughout the year.
