Hyundai Engineering & Construction (Hyundai E&C) will start selling units in its new Hillstate Daegu Station apartment complex in November.

The complex is made up of five 49-story apartment buildings and one residential office building, which can house 803 and 150 households each, respectively. The apartment building provides 84 to 112 square meters (904 to 1,205 square feet) of space while the residential office building offers units at 43 to 46 square meters.

The Hillstate complex is the nearest landmark complex to Daegu Station and will be the highest apartments in Daegu’s Jung District.

It is located near the Dongseongno commercial district, one of the most populous streets in Daegu, and there are also great places nearby to take a walk such as Dalseong Park.

Other appealing factors include the prestigious schools in the area for parents who are concerned about where to send their kids to school.

Jongro Elementary School, which boasts 100 years of history, is nearby, and other middle and high schools near the apartment complex make the area an educational hub of Daegu.

Facilities such as big marts, movie theaters and even K-League team Daegu FC’s stadium DGB Daegu Bank Park are nearby, providing residents with the best living experience in the neighborhood.

Hillstate features a self-cleaning ventilation system which decreases the fine dust inside the air ducts. Other great features include Internet of Things (IoT) services which enable residents to control lights, gas and heating with their smartphones.

The apartments at Hillstate Daegu Station will go on sale in November, and a model house will be located in Daegu’s Suseong District around Manchon Station.
