Park Hyatt Seoul

Through April 30: The Timber House, the upscale music bar at Park Hyatt Seoul, celebrates spring abundance with the king crab promotion, running through April 30, 2020. The seasonal promotion features a selection of dishes crafted from tasty, tender king crab, as part of a happy hour with unlimited servings of your favorite beverage or in a series of a la carte options. Rich in protein and amino acids, king crab is renowned as a source of energy and nourishment for the body during the transition from winter to spring. Happy hour is priced at 69,000 won ($58) per person, while a la carte prices start at 42,000 won (prices include tax; no service charge applies).

Happy hour, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every weekday, features five menu options. For appetizers, The Timber House serves king crab salad, a fresh green salad topped with king crab meat; and yaki gyoza, dumplings stuffed with king crab meat and vegetables and moulded into the shape of a crab. King crab ramen, served in a refreshing miso broth infused with gochujang chili paste and grilled king crab shell, is the perfect companion to king crab rice balls - king crab meat and vegetables rolled into rice balls and seasoned with tasty katsuobushi flakes. The meal ends with a dessert of Cognac jelly, made with blue liquor to evoke the sea and topped with white chocolate powder. The Happy hour menu is available with unlimited servings of The Timber House’s signature sake, white wine, red wine or Suntory Premium Malt’s draft beer, offering the perfect pairing option for every palate. The happy hour menu costs 69,000 won.

For a leisurely king crab experience with no time restrictions, the a la carte menu is an ideal choice. Crispy king crab tempura is served together with vegetable tempura, while the king crab sandwich features king crab meat, wasabi mayonnaise and avocado omelette between slices of toasted bread. King crab donburi brings steamed rice topped with slowly steamed king crab, shiitake mushrooms and vegetables simmered down in soy sauce. A la carte prices start from 42,000 won (including tax; no service charge applies).
