America's Favorite Family Returns

The Simpsons are returning to Korea.

From July 3, every Monday and Tuesday evening at 6:55 p.m, 'The Simpsons' will be shown on EBS.

The Simpsons was created by Matt Groening, and then produced by Fox TV as a popular animation drama series. The Simpson family has five members; father Homer, mother Marge, son Bart, daughter Lisa, and baby Maggie.

However, the television set in their living room cannot be left out when talking about this family, for 'Krusty the Klown', the star of a childrens' TV series, shows up almost as frequently as the Simpsons themselves.

The Simpsons is highly regarded for its comical treatment of a 'typical' American family, and is thought to be very true to life.

The show appeared previously on MBC in 1995, but did not gain much attention since the station targeted it toward children. A number of episodes were then released on video, creating a large domestic fan base, which now even has an Internet site of its own.

"We will run every episode from the 3rd series to the 11th." revealed EBS.
