Chusok Cooking Show Coming to EBS
"Cooking for the Holidays," an EBS Broadcasting program will air a series of cooking shows demonstrating how to make Chusok dishes. Han Bok-ryo, head of the Palace Research Center, will introduce recipes for sweet potato pancakes, mushroom pancakes, ginger drinks, and taro soup. Hwayangjik, a dish served on skewers with meat, vegetables, and mushrooms, will be demonstrated as well. The series begins September 5.
