Critics Blast Bestselling Novel and Poet

A collection of modern literary criticism 'Modern Literature' magazine, recently attacked Shin Kyong Sook's currently #1 selling novel 'Train Leaves at 7' in its April edition saying there is no detailed structure with too much jest and rhetoric.
Specifically there is no defined story and too many grammatical mistakes. The author added that the story had some incorrect expressions in it which might have a negative influence on readers.
The magazine also took a swipe at to Hwang Ji Woo's poetry 'I Will be Sitting in a Cloudy Tavern'.
It claimed that its over elaborate rhetoric was so sumptuous and decorative that it overshadowed the theme.
Moreover, it claimed that it is better to take care of the poor than the splendid to recover the insight.
