Most ice cream stores sell ice cream produced in large factories at home and abroad.
Several years ago, brand names Dolomiti Co, Ltd. and Terre De Glace appeared in ice cream business circles. The stores' appearance and the fact that they make their product in-house, has proven very effective in Korea.
Dolomiti, with 95 stores all over the country, has only been open since 1995. They owe much of their success to their exclusive contract with Preger, a company producing homemade ice cream from Italy.
