Internet Auction to Help Victims of Forest Fires

Eyecatch, an Internet broadcasting company, announced on April 25 that it will auction items donated by recently elected politicians. All proceeds will go to victims of the recent forest fires in the eastern province of Korea.

Eyecatch CEO Lee Keun-jung says that the event was planned to encourage participation in politics and community activities.

Politicians who are donating items will provide on-line commentary throughout the auction. Celebrities are also donating personal items for sale, including Seo Tae-ji's shirt, Goofy's cellular phone case, and Lee Soo-Young's cosmetics.
