A new 'e-test' grading examination will test the personal information skills of candidates ranging from students to business leaders.
Keum Chang-tae, president and publisher of JoongAng Ilbo and Kim Hong-ki, president of Samsung SDS, together with Chairman Shin Hoon of the Information and Communications Professional Engineer's Association of Korea, held a signing ceremony for the e-test project devised by the three parties.
The exam is available in three stages, geared towards middle and high school students, college students and the general public, and leaders of companies respectively, and each exam offers four rankings according to the scores.
JoongAng Ilbo and Samsung SDS will open an e-campus Internet cyber education program from February based on information and communications lectures.
