Korean Film Selected as Opening Movie at "Paris Autumn Festival"
Published: 04 Jan. 2003, 18:13
The festival is a cultural event that introduces information on the rapid developments in cultural genres including cinema, music, and architecture to Parisians every year.
Notably, the cinema section in the festival this year deals with a panorama of Korean movies and a retrospective exhibition of Japanese director Kurojawa Kiyoshi.
The Korean film was reportedly selected as opening work in the cinema section thanks to strong recommendation by a French movie magazine.
Thirty Korean movies including 'Power of Kangwon Province' will be screened in the festival.
