Korean Tourism Awards
The Korea National Tourism Organization (KNTO) is receiving recommendations from staff for the Korean Tourism Awards, given to tourism-related companies and associations at the end of September, 2000.There are five categories: friendliness, cleanliness, facilities, contributions, and initiatives. Companies or individuals who have attracted tourists, contributed to the influx of foreign currency, or helped tourism development are eligible.
The selection committee is made up of specialists in the field. There will be ten awards presented at 'Tourist's Night' this December.
