Literary Seminar to Commemmorate Kim Hyun

Kim Hyun (1942-1990),a critic and scholar of French literature, may have passed away 10 years ago, but he remains in many Koreans' minds because of his many contributions to Korean literature in the 70s and 80s.

'Moonhak-kwa-Jisung-Sa,' a magazine that Kim Hyun was closely associated with, will hold a seminar under the topic of 'The Evaluation of Korean Literary Criticism after 4.19' at the Toji Cultural Center in Wonju, Kangwon province from April 28 through the 29.

Several events will be held in memory of Kim's death. People who were close with him will share recollections of him on April 28, and the contents will be published in the summer edition of Moonhak-kwa-Sahwe'.
