'Whispering Mathematics' and 'Parrot's Theorem' placed first in August and July, respectively.
Market sources said that the revival of books on math, which had boomed from late 1980's to early 1990's, is due to publishers tying in of mathematics with other catagories like history, fiction and quizes.
So far, a total of 18 books on mathematics have been published this year.
