Movie "Yonggary" Set for Release on July 17

The Korean Film 'Yonggary' has finally been approved for release on July 17 after being certificated by a Commission-related association on the 6th.
The movie has been given the green light for universal viewing, as opposed to the popular movie 'Godzilla' which only those past middle-school-age were allowed to see. 'Yonggary' is 90 minutes long.
'Yonggary' will be played in about 80 theaters all around the country, including the Sejong Cutural Center in the area north of the Han River in Seoul and at about 10 theaters to the south.
A pre-launch event, in which the singer of the movie theme song You Sueng-jun will participate, will be held by Zeronine Productions at the Sejong Cutural Center on July 16 with a free preview for orphans from a local children's home and for older children who take care of their younger siblings.
'Yonggary' has received significate attention as it is the biggest budget Korean film ever made. Ten billion won was invested in the sci-fi film's production.
