Palaces in Seoul, including Toksu Palace, are suffering under an onslaught of engaged couples taking their wedding photos on the grounds of local palaces.
Couples trample on the lawns and lean against tress despite signs asking that they refrain from such behavior.
Kyongbok Palace is the favored venue for such photo shoots due to its beautiful landscaping and traditional architecture.
Mr. Kim, a manager of Kyongbok Palace, stressed that the couples should refrain from such embarrassing behaviors for the sake of young children.
A lady visiting the palace with three friends complained about the couples blocking the entrance to the palace.
